ATTORNEY PROFILE
Tim is recognized as an experienced and accomplished trial lawyer. One of the co-founders of Neville, Richards & Wuller, LLC, Tim has tried and won jury trials ranging from claims of asbestos exposure, to first and third-party insurance issues, intellectual property and trade secrets, and medical malpractice and premises liability. He has successfully handled numerous appeals in the Illinois Supreme Court, the Illinois Appellate Court, and the U.S. Circuit Courts of Appeal for the Seventh and Eighth Circuits. His trial and appellate record, experience, and reputation have earned him an AV rating*, the highest rating awarded to law firms by the Martindale-Hubbell peer review rating process. He has been inducted into select honor organizations Leading Lawyers, Super Lawyers, Litigation Counsel of America, and ABOTA. He served as president of the Missouri-Southern Illinois Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates, a national trial lawyer honor organization devoted to improving trial advocacy and preserving the jury system in American civil courts. Among his clients, colleagues, and judiciary, Tim is respected as a forthright and experienced advocate, who zealously represents his clients with skill and efficiency. He has published in peer review legal journals and frequently lectures to physician and lawyer organizations on several law related topics. Beyond his family and firm, Tim is an avid fan of history, loves reading, working out, and traveling. He is a black belt in Okinawan karate.
